Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between SC LIFE CHANGERS SRL, Int. Gheorghe Simionescu nr. 19, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania (“we”, “us”), and the organization that creates a workspace on our hosted Lead Tracker service (“you”, the “customer”). The person who signs up accepts them on the organization’s behalf and confirms they may do so.
When signing up you also expressly accept the clauses that exclude our liability (section 9), let us suspend or end access (section 8), stop or change the service (section 7) and update these terms (section 10), and the choice of law and courts (section 11).
Our privacy policy and our data processing agreement are part of these terms. If they conflict about personal data in your workspace, the data processing agreement wins.
2. The service
Lead Tracker is a tool for tracking leads, contacts and deals, run by us on our infrastructure. The software itself is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3; these terms cover our hosted service, not your rights under that license.
The service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
It is meant for business use. You must be at least 18 and use it for your work or business, not as a consumer.
3. Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and give each person their own account.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your workspace. Owners and admins control who has access and with which role.
- Tell us straight away at eugen@lifechangers.co if you think an account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your data
Everything you put into Lead Tracker (“customer data”) stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, and in line with the data processing agreement. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
You can export your data at any time: lists and reports as CSV, a single person’s data as JSON, and the whole workspace (for owners).
You are responsible for your customer data: that you have the right to store it, a lawful basis under data protection law, and that you tell the people concerned how you use it. Don’t store special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or political opinions) or data about children.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Lead Tracker to:
- break the law, including data protection, anti-spam and electronic marketing rules;
- contact people who have objected or asked not to be contacted;
- store or send content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, overload it, or get around its limits or access rules, unless we have agreed to it in writing (to report a vulnerability, write to eugen@lifechangers.co);
- access other organizations’ data, or resell the service without our agreement.
6. Third-party services
We use the providers listed in our privacy policy to run the service. Optional features, such as the voice assistant, send the data they need to the providers listed there. If you don’t want that, don’t use those features.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lead Tracker available and your data safe, but the service is free and comes without a guaranteed uptime or support response time. We may change or improve features over time.
If we decide to stop offering the service, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can export your data.
8. Suspension and ending
- You can stop using Lead Tracker at any time. An owner can delete the organization from its settings; you can also ask us at eugen@lifechangers.co.
- We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if it’s needed to protect the service, other customers or the people whose data is stored, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we’ll warn you first and give you time to export your data.
- After a workspace is deleted, we delete its data within 30 days, and from backups when they expire, at most 30 days later.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no other promises about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
The service is free and you use it at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from it being unavailable, including indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, business or goodwill, and loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, including for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or harm to a person’s life, health or physical integrity.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll email workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the service and export your data before then; continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are registered. Disputes go to the competent courts where we are registered, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere. We’d rather sort things out by talking first: write to eugen@lifechangers.co.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away doesn’t mean we give it up. You may not transfer these terms without our agreement; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the service, and will tell you if we do.
